Our Mission
We help Islamic schools and Muslim parents nurture students who are, not only accomplished in the academic skills, but also motivated towards goodness and the attainment of excellence in all aspects: spiritually, intellectually, physically and linguistically; proud and sincere believers with confidence and ease beyond their borders; truly fluent in both English and Arabic languages; inspired to excel in what they do; humble and grateful for the gifts Allah has given them; great leaders when they can be, good followers when they should be; and, most importantly, life-long seekers of knowledge not merely to satisfy an intellectual curiosity or just for material benefit but to grow as righteous beings and to bring about the spiritual, moral and physical wellbeing of their families, their people and mankind.

Meet Our Team
Dr Louay Abdulbaki
The Founding Director
Dr Louay Abdulbaki is the Founder and Director of Wisdom Consulting and Training and an accomplished Academic Dean and Professor of Islamic Studies at Guidance College. With a PhD in Islamic Studies, he has authored over 40 publications ranging from books to journal articles, covering Islamic and Arabic studies, Islamic parenting, political thought, and other social and political issues. Dr Abdulbaki is an experienced Islamic educator, having served as a Researcher/Research Fellow at Melbourne University and the University of Western Australia, as well as Head of Islamic Studies and Arabic at multiple Islamic schools. He has helped develop Islamic and Arabic curricula for many schools in Sydney, Perth, and Melbourne, creating over 60 textbooks in the process.
In addition to his work in education, Dr Abdulbaki is a co-founder and founder of multiple organizations in Sydney and Melbourne. He is a current member of the Australian Fatwa Council, the Australian National Imams Council (ANIC), and the League of the Syrian Ulama (scholars).
Hussam Aldeen Aljassem
Publications Manager
Hussam Aldeen Aljassem is a Publications Manager at Wisdom Consulting and Training. He has completed a Bachelor of Arts in English literature and attended many training courses in graphic design, photography and communication skills. He is highly experienced in the preparation of books and documents for publication, including internal and external design. He also has experience in computer maintenance and graphic design.
