Al-Hikmah Customised Textbooks

Al-Hikmah Curricula, including 20 Islamic education and 22 Arabic language textbooks, are the outcome of extensive research and teaching expertise in the field of Islamic studies and Arabic language teaching practices.

Several extensive research projects were conducted prior to, and alongside, the development of these textbooks, including systematic reviews and analyses of the Islamic studies and values programs taught at several Islamic schools, Islamic textbooks and resources available in the market, in-depth group discussions with Islamic studies teachers and school leaders, individual interviews and teacher/parents questionnaires, more than one hundred hours of lesson observations, as well as analyses of students’ needs, teaching practices and assessment processes.

Al-Hikmah Curricula also build upon the author’s previous books, including more than 35 textbooks that have already been put into implementation, trial and iteration for the last four years.
