Al-Hikmah Islamic Studies Level 3 Part 2 has been designed for children between the ages of 7 and 10, ideally for year 3 students. It consists of ten units of study, continuing from part 1 (units 11 to 20) and covering various topics and subjects, particularly Fiqh, Prophet’s ﷺ biography and stories of previous prophets and Sahaba (companions). It teaches the student how to perform Wudu (ablution) and what are the things that affect or nullify it. The book also teaches how to perfect Salah and the things that invalidate salah. The student will also learn in this book about the Call to prayer (Athaan and Iqamah) and what to say during and after the Athaan and Iqamah. In addition, the book introduces the story of Prophet Isa (AS), focussing on his miraculous birth and his mission as a messenger of Allah. Finally, the book presents the life stories of the greatest companions of the Prophet ﷺ, Abu Bakr As-Siddiq (RA) and Omar ibn Al-Khattab (RA).
