Islamic Studies Level 7 Part 1 is suitable for children age 10-14, ideally for year seven students. This book covers a variety of important topics and assumes that students have studied the previous books of this series, completed their primary study at an Islamic school or have basic knowledge of Islamic studies, particularly with regards to ‘Aqeedah (beliefs), Fiqh and Quran. At this level, the student will be introduced to the study of Islamic creed at greater depth and detail than the previous levels. Units one and two discuss the principles of Tawheed and the knowledge of Aalam Al-ghaib (the world of the unseen). Unit two focuses on Quranic studies and discusses the significance of studying and reflecting on the Quran. Unit four is about the study of the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ. Unit five introduces the student to the concept of Shari’ah and the study of Fiqh (Islamic law). Unit six discusses puberty and the Fiqh of cleanliness and purification. Finally, units seven and eight discuss the significance of the study of the Prophet’s biography and the mission of the Prophet ﷺ as a mercy to the worlds.
