This is a sample unit of study from “Al-Hikmah Islamic Studies Series: Level 1 Part 1”. In this unit, students will learn about the second pillar of Islam, the daily prayer. By the end of this unit, students will appreciate the importance of the daily prayer in Islam, explain the meaning of Salah and identify the names and times of the five daily prayers.
